Welcome to the Ashley Boarding Cattery!

You and your cat are assured a warm welcome from Iris and Malcolm Baker here at the Ashley Boarding Cattery. We think our interest and experience in raising and caring for cats makes us the first choice for your boarding cattery needs.

Our units are built to New Zealand Boarding Kennel and Cattery Association standards. And we come reccommended by McMaster and Heap veterinarians of Christchurch, New Zealand. We also have a free pick up and delivery in the Rangiora area. Please enquire for more information.

Where are we?

We are situated on one and a half acres of land where we graze sheep, kune kune pigs and bantam chickens. We also have been successully breeding Manx, British Blue and Japanese Bobtail cats since 1990.
Our cattery name comes from the Ashley River which flows through North Canterbury, a growing area of the Waimakariri district. We are just a short twenty five minute drive from Christchurch.
